Affiliate Terms of Use

As an approved affiliate of HighClassPeptides, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please review these terms carefully before applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program.

The Program is intended solely to allow approved affiliates to promote HighClassPeptides and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through an assigned referral link or approved coupon code.

By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Approval or Rejection of Applications

HighClassPeptides reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at its sole discretion.

Application approval does not guarantee continued participation in the Program.

Commissions

Approved affiliates may earn a 15% commission on qualifying net sales.

Net sales exclude taxes, shipping charges, refunds, chargebacks, canceled orders, and other non-commissionable amounts.

Commissions are earned only on completed and paid orders that are properly attributed to an affiliate through an approved referral link or coupon code.

Self-referrals are not permitted. Affiliates may not use their own referral link or coupon code to purchase products for themselves.

Payouts

Approved commissions are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month, subject to applicable processing requirements.

HighClassPeptides reserves the right to delay, adjust, withhold, or deny commissions associated with refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, suspected fraud, tracking issues, or violations of these terms.

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions they receive.

Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate referrals may be tracked through AffiliateWP, referral links, and approved coupon codes.

HighClassPeptides is not responsible for commissions where a referral cannot be properly tracked or where an approved referral link or coupon code was not used.

In the event of an attribution dispute, HighClassPeptides reserves the right to make the final determination.

Promotional Standards

Affiliates agree to promote HighClassPeptides in a professional, truthful, lawful, and responsible manner.

Affiliates may use approved promotional materials, referral links, graphics, and coupon codes provided by HighClassPeptides. Custom promotional materials may be used provided they comply with these terms.

All products must be represented as for research use only and must not be promoted for human or animal use.

Affiliates may not:

Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims about products.
Provide dosage, administration, treatment, or medical-use instructions.
Make false, misleading, or deceptive statements.
Use spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or abusive promotional methods.
Misrepresent their relationship with HighClassPeptides.
Promote unauthorized discounts or misleading coupon claims.
Bid on HighClassPeptides branded pay-per-click keywords without written approval.
Promote HighClassPeptides on websites or platforms associated with illegal activities.
Violate the intellectual property rights of HighClassPeptides or any third party.

Any affiliate endorsement must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required by applicable laws and regulations.

Coupon Use

Only coupon codes specifically approved or assigned by HighClassPeptides may be promoted.

Affiliates may not advertise unauthorized discounts, savings, deals, or promotional offers.

Misleading or deceptive coupon and pricing claims are prohibited.

Liability

HighClassPeptides is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, profits, commissions, data, or business opportunities arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

The Program, website, and related services are provided without guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HighClassPeptides, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, successors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your participation in the Program, promotional activities, violation of these terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

Electronic Acceptance

These Affiliate Terms of Use constitute an electronic agreement governing participation in the HighClassPeptides Affiliate Program.

By submitting an application, checking an acceptance box, or otherwise participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a written acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

HighClassPeptides reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
